On the Bus

We decided to visit the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore and, since it was too far to walk in the rain, we got on a bus. This was my first bus ride in Rome and I wasn’t impressed. The bus was so crowded and I was sitting right next to what looked like a homeless person. The smell was nearly unbearable!
