Our phones are used for so much more than calling people. They have become mini computers, entertainment systems, and photography studios. Kathy loves listening to music on her phone.
The airport in Detroit has a monorail that runs the length of the terminal. This made it a lot easier for us to get around. We're still looking for a good spot to eat lunch.

We've left Detroit and are now on our way to Beijing. It's going to be a long flight, nearly 14 hours, but right now we're very excited and full of energy. I hope that we can maintain that level ofもっと詳しく

We've got an interesting route to Beijing. Our plane is going to fly up by the North Pole and then go south, over Russia, to get to China. I've never been so far north in my life!
Kathy ate more of her meal than I ate of mine. She went with the beef option and ate just a bit of it. Either she liked the food more than I did or she was just really hungry.
The thrill of having seats in the exit row is wearing off quickly. People are constantly standing in our seating area which is getting very annoying. I wish everyone would just sit down!
