Yoda

This seems to be the sort of stuff being sold in the shops on Appian Way. I like this sort of shopping and browsing much better. As beautiful as the Forum Shops were, I know that there was nothingLeer más
Shopping by Night

I'm loving the feel and atmosphere of the Appian Way shops. The painted ceiling and moody blue lighting makes me feel like I'm walking around outside at night. There's several places here in Las VegasLeer más
Faces

The Appian Way shops still maintain, just a bit, the look of ancient Rome. Those giant heads look like could have just fallen off of some statue from the heyday of the Roman empire.
Have a Seat!

Those big marble heads aren't status at all! They are actually seats, in case visitors want to have a bit of a rest while shopping. What a great idea! These are probably the most unique lookingLeer más
Fountain of the Gods

Even if you’ve seen it a hundred times, the Fountain of the Gods at The Forum Shops inside Caesars Palace is always a sight to behold. Whatever “sight to behold” means. Because seeingLeer más
Pegasus

Here's today's awkward trivia: Pegasus was sired by Poseidon. We're not entirely sure how something like that would work though.
Kathy

In Roman times, the forum represented the center of a city, the site of the most important religious, political, and social activities. In modern-day Las Vegas, the Forum Shops at Caesars mallLeer más
Fountain of the Gods

The Forum Shops, Sin City’s oldest mall, certainly has celebrated a lot of firsts since opening its doors in 1992. It was the first shopping center to bring designers such as Versace, Armani,Leer más
Kathy

We've seen so many beautiful and wonderful things here in Las Vegas already but my favorite subject for photography is still Kathy. She's everything to me!
Athena

Not only can Pegasus be seen in this beautiful fountain but Athena is there as well. Kathy has a friend named Athena but I don't think that she's anywhere near as smart as the goddess of wisdom.
One Last Look

With a last look, and photo, at the fountain, were ready to move on and see what else this mall has for us to see. Everything here has been amazing so far!
The Atlantis Show

This is the next big attraction that we came to in this mall. This is an animatronic display of fire, water and nine-foot-tall talking statues. The story is set in the kingdom of Atlantis, when KingLeer más
King Atlas

I'm not sure how long this attraction has been in service, but this seems to be very old technology. The animatronics are weak compared to what you will see at the Disney Parks. The story is somewhatLeer más
Athena

As near as I could understand the story, King Atlas is stepping down as ruler of Atlantis and his two children, Athena and Mars are fighting about who should be the new ruler. This is a Athena. SheLeer más
Mars

We were standing very close to Mars so, obviously, we got the best views of him. His flaming sword was a nice touch.
Waterworks

Although the animatronics are dated and the sound system was not good, the pyrotechnics and waterworks are amazing. It's worth seeing the show for those effects alone.
Go See This Show

In conclusion, this show should be on your Las Vegas itinerary for a few reasons. It's a fun show, it's free, it's fast and it's easy to see. If you're in Caesars already, it's definitely worth aLeer más
Battle of the Gods

Although not the most technically advanced show, it’s still entertaining and, more importantly, free. What more could one ask for?
Venturing into Caesars

This is our first time to see the Caesars resort and I don't know why we missed it before. It's so beautiful!
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill

As we entered the Caesars Palace resort, the first place that we saw was the Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill. This is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef canLeer más
A Brief Stop

Before we went any further we decided to pay a quick visit to the restrooms. I'm impressed that Cesar's Palace extends their Roman theme everywhere, even in their restrooms. I'm glad that the placeLeer más
The Coliseum

Before we got to the casino we went past the Coliseum. Celine Dion has been playing here for a few years now. Kathy is a fan of hers and I offered to get tickets to the show for us but Kathy refused,Leer más
The Casino Floor

The casino floor wasn't very crowded at all. I was surprised by that but also happy because it allowed me to take a few pictures. I only got the areas where there was no people around. A lot ofLeer más
Gaming Tables

Even casinos that have liberal photography policies usually don't allow it at all at the gaming tables. Even pictures taken with cell phones are forbidden. I'm not sure why these are such sensitiveLeer más
Hell's Kitchen

Now this looks like it would be a great place to eat! We saw this restaurant as we came out of the Caesars Palace resort. I'm really hoping that we get a chance to try this place before we leave.
