While this was an interesting looking place, it’s obviously not what we expected. I’m thinking that Bryan thought that this would have been something like Smorgasburg back home in New York City. Taking place in Brooklyn, Smorgasburg is a collection of food vendors all in one place selling a wide variety of meals, drinks and desserts. I really wish that this place was like that.Leggi altro

On the Bus

We decided to visit the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore and, since it was too far to walk in the rain, we got on a bus. This was my first bus ride in Rome and I wasn’t impressed. The bus was so crowded and I was sitting right next to what looked like a homeless person. The smell was nearly unbearable! At least he was sleeping and didn’t try to talk to us or ask for money.Leggi altro
