Day 2

This was my first day waking up in HAWAII! There was just something about looking out the window in the morning to such a beautiful place. We had a free day, and we took advantage of the day by walking to shops, restaurants, and the beach! It was a great day to get familiar with our "home" for the next few days.

The Don Quijote Store is a popular 24-hour Asian convenience store. It is known as "an affordable one-stop shop for everything!" There happens to be 3 in Hawaii, and when we were in Honolulu, we were about a 30-minute walk from one. Our onsite leader, Loretta, recommended this store to us so we checked it out! The store was huge and had so much stuff, I had no idea what half of it even was because everything was in a different language.
