8. Day Aizu -> Aga 92km

The next goal was Niigata at the northern west coast of Japan. Around 150km from Aizu. I covered 92 km on a quite busy road with a lot of traffic. Also it was pretty hot again. I planned to stay at a river in Agu on a free campsite. There were other Japanese campers, but they were rather glamping than camping. Full gear.

I jumped immediately into the super shallow river and got attacked by flies and mosquitoes. But the water was soon cool..such a relief to be able to cool down and wash myself.

The next day I wanted to go to 70km away Niigata.
