Zonta Convention Day 2

I love starting my day with these creamy tasty croissant type breads called Laugenstange. Meaning lye or Soda bread. Then a day of Workshops and our first taste of the amazing, new, tech savvy Hamburg Convention Centre. Supported our own Zonta Futurist, Carole Theobold in her workshop, attended an interesting workshop on mentoring refugee women from Afghanistan, met interesting women of the world, (from Côte d'Azure and Mongolia) presented my own Workshop and watched the arrival of some long distance cyclists riding for Zonta says No to Violence against Women, drifted back to my motel through Planten in Blomen alive with families, lovers, old folks and contemplaters to relax with a local beer.
