Honeymoon begins

Arrived in Barbados late last night. Our hotel complex (sandals) is absolutely massive!
We definitely got lost last night, as it gets dark quite early around 6pm.

Today we have been exploring and of course relaxing. We had a go at paddle boarding but unfortunately I wasn't very good, and had to be rescued by a good samaritan jet ski man, which meant I had a free ride! We also went on a hobie boat which was a bit like a windsurf but you can sit on it. Was so much fun!

The afternoon was spent by the pool and swim-up bar, drinking rum cocktails of course!

The gardens at sandals are so beautiful with loads of colourful flowers and blossoms. Have seen a few creatures too, including chickens who have been trying to scrounge from the breakfast buffet!Leia mais
