Today we visited the Majestic Portmeirion, a stunning and whimsical leisure village which was apparently inspired by Italy.
We arrived early which was ideal as none of the swarms of tourists had descended yet. We had a lovely stroll, coffee and walk in the village and surrounding parkland. It was lovely sunshine and you could have fooled me that we were in an Italian village.
We did then have a spot of rain which reminded us that we were in Wales!
Had a spot of lunch, a walk around the coast and racked up 15,00 steps.
When we were satisfied we had explored every inch possible , we headed off to a nearby town , Porthmadog, to go to Tesco and the petrol station. This is the nearest big town to where we are staying which is still 12 miles away, showing how remote we are!Okumaya devam et
