Cooking class

Went to a cooking class recommended by the hotel - pretty fab! They took us to a local market to buy some ingredients, then out to a farm in the countryside where they've got a huge bamboo barn. During covid they turned it into more of a restaurant for locals, but now back to cooking classes as well. Made and ate spring rolls, tom yum soup, pad Thai, Khao soi and mango sticky rice.
