Victoria Falls Day 1

With its red dirt and dry conditions, Zimbabwe reminds me a lot of outback Australia, no gum trees though. Our lodge is a beautiful rambling timber construction with no fences. Wild life is free to roam so going out after dark has its risks. Instead we sat on the balcony enjoying refreshments as we kept our eyes peeled for action. Being exhausted after all the travelling, we went to bed quite early with hope of an exciting adventure tomorrow.Læs mere
