    Anybody who loves a story would love this day tour just north of Lisbon. We went through Booking.com and chose the tour that happened to be run by SeeLisbon LDA. Our tour guide, Tiago, was amazing with a great knowledge of his local area and Portuguese history from the 5th to 20th century.
    First, we drove through Cabo Roca to Cascais, where the rich and famous live or vacation, like Ronaldo, considered Portugal's best ever soccer player.
    Then to Pena Palace a story Sintra, which is steeped in royal history and preserved when in 1910 the royal family was given 1 day to leave and turn over their entire estate to the State by the Republicans. The royals fled to the UK, and everything in Pena Palace remains as it was left the day they fled.
