    The day began with a short drive to a UNESCO heritage site where we parked at a tiny town called Cully and walked up the mountain through the vineyards where the owners live in another tiny town called Epesses..
    After lunch, we went to the Olympic museum in Lausanne. This is the city where the modern Olympic movement was formed, led by Pierre de Coubertin. He founded the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 1894 and was instrumental in organizing the first modern Olympic Games, which were held in Athens, Greece, in 1896.
    Then some souvenirs and a couple of drinks at the marina in ritzy, Ouchy before walking back to Pully for dinner with the Britton and friends from Nestlé, Ralph and Simone (Simi).
