Cuenca

Spending 3 days in Cuenca and having our first try of "cuy" (Meerschweinchen): Cuenca is the third biggest city in Ecuador and the place where a lot of retired Americans and Canadians enjoy the rest of their life. Cuenca is the cleanest city with the most bars and restaurants we've seen so far in Ecuador. If you're looking for a hotel we can recommend the "Casa Montalvo". For dinner, go to Marc's American bar "Tavern del Puente Roto", the Italian restaurant "Santorino" or last but not least the "A Pedir de Boca" with excellent Thai food!Читать далее
