Drunter und drüber

Deutsch:
Heute ging es etwas drunter und drüber. Morgens bin ich etwas Hangover aufgewacht und was soll ich sagen habe es natürlich direkt mal geschafft, mich aus meinem Auto auszusperren. Glücklicherweise war ein Fenster etwas offen, sodass ich mit einem Stock die entriegelung lösen konnte und kein ADAC rufen musste. Danach habe ich mich etwas gewaschen und für den Werkstatt Termin fertig gemacht. Leider hatte ich dort auch Pech 770 $ wird mich die Reparatur kosten, da man den halben Motor ausbauen muss. Nach dem Termin habe ich ein paar Sachen besorgt, die ich für mein Auto brauche, da ich mir eine Matratze auf meine Ladefläche bauen möchte, sodass ich auch problemlos am Stellen schlafen kann an denen ich das Dachzelt nicht aufbauen kann oder darf. Das hat zur Abwechslung mal wunderbar funktioniert. Für den Mittag habe ich tatsächlich einen wunderschönen Platz am Meergefunden nur leider waren dort wieder viele Sandfliegen und einige Aborigines (es kann gefährlich sein, dann dort zu campen). Deswegen hab ich dort nur einen Kaffee getrunken und bin dann weiter zu einem kostenlosen Campingplatz gefahren, der völlig überfüllt ist. Trotzdem auch mal schön andere Camper um sich zu haben. Heute wollte ich allerdings nur meine Ruhe und bin für mich geblieben. Gesagt getagt habe ich 12 Stunden geschlafen um mich etwas zu erholen.

Things went a bit haywire today. I woke up in the morning with a bit of a hangover and of course I managed to lock myself out of my car. Fortunately, one of the windows was slightly open, so I was able to unlock it with a stick and didn't have to call ADAC. I then washed up a bit and got ready for the garage appointment. Unfortunately, I was also unlucky there - the repair would cost me 770 dollars, as half the engine had to be removed. After the appointment, I got a few things I needed for my car, as I wanted to put a mattress in the back so that I could stand on the spot without any problems and not set up my roof tent. That worked wonderfully for a change. I actually found a beautiful spot by the sea, but unfortunately there were lots of sand flies and some Aborigines (it can be dangerous to camp there). That's why I only had a coffee there and then drove on to a free campsite, which was completely overcrowded. Still, it's nice to have other campers around. I didn't do anything with them today. I went straight to bed and slept for 12 hours. Travel is more exhausting than you think.Read more
