Cairns

Deutsch:
Als ich aufgewacht bin, hat es direkt angefangen zu regnen. Das hat mein Morgen nicht gerade erleichtert. Da ich nicht direkt das Zelt zusammenpacken konnte und frühstücken im Regen natürlich auch nicht. Besonders gemütlich ist als aufgehört hatte, habe ich einen Kaffee getrunken etwas gegessen und mein Auto umgeräumt, so dass es Regen fest ist und nichts nass wird was nicht nass werden darf. Als auch das geschafft war, bin ich losgefahren zu einem Parkplatz mitten im Dschungel und bin eine kleine Runde gewandert. Der Dschungel war wunderschön und es roch genau wie in einem Tropenhaus im Zoo. Danach bin ich noch mal ein paar Kilometer weiter gefahren, da ich einen Tipp bekommen habe, wo man Schnabeltier sehen kann. Leider hatte ich kein Glück. Es war aber trotzdem ein schöner Spaziergang am Fluss. Die restlichen Kilometer nach cairns war wunderschön zu fahren, da der komplette Weg durch den Dschungel führte das Erste, was mir dort aufgefallen ist, ist der billige Sprit 0,40$ billiger als im Outback. Das ist Wahnsinn. Den restlichen Tag habe ich mir cairns angeschaut, am Wasser gepicknickt und abends noch etwas getrunken. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner Tag. Das einzige Problem ist. Ich werde diese Nacht auf dem Parkplatz auf meiner Rückbank schlafen und morgen früh meinen Werkstatttermin wahrzunehmen.

When I woke up, it started raining straight away. That didn't exactly make my morning any easier. I couldn't pack up the tent straight away and of course I couldn't have breakfast in the rain either. Once it had stopped, I had a coffee and something to eat and rearranged my car so that it was rainproof and nothing got wet that shouldn't get wet. Once that was done, I drove to a parking lot in the middle of the jungle and went for a short hike. The jungle was beautiful and it smelled just like a tropical house in a zoo. Afterwards, I drove a few more kilometers because I got a tip on where to see platypus. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky. But it was still a nice walk along the river. The remaining kilometers to cairns were beautiful to drive, as the whole way led through the jungle. The first thing I noticed there was that the gas was $0.40 cheaper than in the outback. That's crazy. I spent the rest of the day looking around Cairns, picnicking by the water and having a drink in the evening. All in all, it was a very nice day. The only problem is. I'm going to sleep in my back seat in the parking lot that night and go to my workshop appointment tomorrow morning.もっと詳しく
