Erster Regen

Deutsch:
Heute Morgen war ich erst mal noch ein bisschen verkatert, dennoch bin ich aufgestanden habe mich geduscht und bin aus dem Hostel ausgecheckt und habe mir erst mal etwas zu essen geholt. Danach bin ich über den cairns Markt gelaufen. Das war tatsächlich sehr interessant. Es gab viel Streetfood, Ketten, Massagen, Früchte, Brot,säfte und Kunst. Im Anschluss bin ich wie gewohnt wieder in die Stadt und habe mich etwas nach Jobs umgesehen. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass ich noch etwas anderes finde damit ich nicht auf der Farm arbeiten muss. Ich bin dann gegen Nachmittag noch mal zum Angeln gefahren. Leider war der Wind so stark an der Küste, dass es quasi nicht möglich war, meine Angel auszuwerfen, da heute das Wetter etwas schlechter war. Eine Welle hat mich auch total erwischt und ich war klatschnass, was nicht so schlimm ist, da es trotzdem sehr warm ist. Ich habe mir dann trotzdem eine Weile die Wellen angeguckt und bin dann weiter zu meinem gewohnten Schlafplatz gefahren. Habe mein Zelt aufgebaut und einen längeren Strandspaziergang gemacht. Als es dann dunkel wurde, habe ich noch ein bisschen YouTube geguckt und bin dann früh ins Bett. Während der Nacht hat es dann auf einmal auch angefangen zu regnen. Jetzt muss ich morgen gucken, dass ich mein Zelt irgendwie trocken bekomme, bevor ich wieder weiter fahr.

This morning I was still a bit hungover, but I got up, had a shower, checked out of the hostel and grabbed something to eat. Then I walked around the Cairns market. It was actually very interesting. There was lots of street food, chains, massages, fruit, bread, juices and art. Afterwards, I went back into the city as usual and looked around for jobs. I really hope that I can find something else so that I don't have to work on the farm. I went fishing again in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the wind was so strong on the coast that it was practically impossible to cast my line as the weather was a bit worse today. A wave also caught me completely and I was soaking wet, which isn't so bad as it's still very warm. I watched the waves for a while anyway and then drove on to my usual sleeping spot. I put up my tent and went for a long walk on the beach. When it got dark, I watched a bit of YouTube and then went to bed early. During the night, it suddenly started to rain. Now I have to see if I can somehow get my tent dry tomorrow before I set off again.Read more
