Port Jackson

Deutsch:
Nachdem ich heute Morgen aufgewacht bin und die Seite meines Hecks aufgemacht habe, musste ich nicht schlecht staunen, da die Aussicht wirklich atemberaubend ist. Man sieht über die gesamte Bucht mit den Booten bis zur Skyline von Sydney. Nachdem ich auch meinen Kaffee getrunken habe, bin ich los um den Stadtkern des Bezirks anzuschauen. Auf dem Weg dorthin bin ich eine Querstraße neben meinem Auto an einem Mann vorbeigekommen, der sein Rolls-Royce geputzt hat, und im Nebenhaus stand ein Bentley in der einfahrt. Irgendwie finde ich es witzig, dass ich hier in meinem Auto schlafe, aber mit meinen Nachbarn habe ich mich schon angefreundet. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sich in Deutschland schon jemand beschwert hätte. Wieder zu erwarten war der Stadtkern wirklich nett und ich habe mir mal wieder einen Frühstücksburrito gegönnt, so köstlich. Nachdem ich doch etwas bummeln war, habe ich eingekauft und mich auf den Weg zurück zum Auto begeben. Ich habe einige Köder gekauft und Fischabfälle vom Fischmarkt bekommen. Gute Voraussetzungen fürs Angeln. Den restlichen Mittag habe ich am Strand verbracht war schnorcheln, habe geangelt, ein paar kleine Köderfische noch zusätzlich gefangen und lag auch einfach mal in der Sonne oder im Halbschatten. Am frühen Abend bin ich zurück zum Auto, habe mein Equipment gewechselt, Abendessen gekocht es gab Gemüseeintopf und bin im Anschluss daran wieder runter an die Felsen bereit, um das Nachtangeln zu starten. Ich habe wirklich lange geangelt und alles versucht aber irgendwie wollen die Haie nicht beißen.

After I woke up this morning and opened the side of my stern, I was amazed as the view is truly breathtaking. You can see across the entire bay with the boats all the way to the Sydney skyline. After drinking my coffee, I set off to see the city center of the district. On the way there, I passed a man cleaning his Rolls-Royce on a side street next to my car, and a Bentley was parked in the driveway of the house next door. Somehow I find it funny that I'm sleeping in my car here, but I've already made friends with my neighbors. I'm sure someone in Germany would have complained by now. As expected, the town center was really nice and I treated myself to another breakfast burrito, so delicious. After strolling around a bit, I did some shopping and made my way back to the car. I bought some bait and got some fish waste from the fish market. Good conditions for fishing. I spent the rest of the afternoon on the beach snorkeling, fishing, catching a few more small bait fish and just lying in the sun or in the semi-shade. In the early evening I went back to the car, changed my equipment, cooked dinner, had vegetable stew and then went back down to the rocks ready to start the night fishing.
