    Dinner at Central

    In 2020, we had a reservation to go to Central for dinner. It was then among the top 10 restaurants in the world. But Covid hit and we never made it to Peru. Since then, Central was named the best restaurant in the world in 2023.

    We managed to secure a reservation back in November and tonight was the night. It did not disappoint. We had a 13-course tasting menu with Peruvian ingredients by elevation. An unforgettable experience.    Read more
