    Yellowstone

    Today we started our exploration of Yellowstone National Park. Although the park is very crowded, we were able to enjoy several of the main sights-- the Fountain Paint Pots, the Midway Geyer Basin and,of course, Old Faithful who spouted right on schedule.Read more

    TravelerWe were last here just after the 1988 fires so it is interesting to see the recovery of the landscape, especially the lodgepole pines. It is beautiful to witness the geothermal features. Pictures don't really do them justice.
