    Tattoo

    June 30, 2019 in Canada ⋅ 🌧 14 °C

Last night we drove back to Halifax to attend the Royal Nova Scotian International Tattoo. The show is inspired by military tattoos and is given by military bands and display teams. There were also dance and theatrical performances from groups all over the world. The highlight were the many bagpipe regimental bands.
This morning we attended services at beautiful St. John's Anglican Church, the first church constructed in Lununburg in 1754. Another rainy day!

TravelerWe were listening to bagpipes just a few days ago in Scotland. Have enjoyed getting caught up on your trip--remembering places we visited and seeing new ones we missed. Enjoy what's left.
