Peaceful camping on River Saone

Found a tranquil spot on the river soane - Camping d’Uchizy.

Lots of fisherman fishing, no noise, a pool to splash around in and a cycle route to get to the nearest towns.

We cycled to Tournus 8km each way and AJ bossed it! Very proud!!
An ice cream and beer stop and then back to the campsite for some more swimming.

It was 34 degrees at 8:30pm......HOT.

Great pizza on the last night, but the kids found it to hot to eat, so just had ice cream!Read more
