Munduk

Io e la Ele ci siamo spostate oggi a Munduk, verso il nord di Bali. Abbiamo deciso di scappare un po’ dalle zone troppo turistiche e siamo finite a Munduk, tra le montagne di Bali.
Lungo la strada per arrivare a Munduk ci siamo fermate a vedere il tempio Pura Ulun Danu Beratan Bedugul, che si affaccia sul lago. Un tempio induista molto bello.
Arrivate alla nostra Homestay e dopo aver depositato le valigie abbiamo fatto un camminata veloce a vedere tre cascate vicino alla nostra Homestay. Erano delle cascate molto belle, e dato che al momento piove ancora abbastanza, sono piene d’acqua e molto belle da osservare.
Domani andremo alla scoperta di altre cascate fino giú al mare con un bel tour in scooter.

Ele and I moved today to Munduk, in the north of Bali. We decided to escape the overly touristy areas for a bit and ended up in Munduk, in the mountains of Bali.
Along the way to Munduk we stopped to see the Pura Ulun Danu Beratan Bedugul temple, which overlooks the lake. A very beautiful Hindu temple.
We arrived at our Homestay and after depositing our bags we took a quick walk to see three waterfalls near our Homestay. They were very beautiful waterfalls, and since it is still raining quite a bit at the moment, they are full of water and very beautiful to look at.
Tomorrow we will go to discover other waterfalls down to the sea with a nice scooter tourLæs mere
