You can have an ashtray but not a glass of tap water.
Loads of ferries to the islands and you should take them all.
In the summer months there could be 2 cruise ships a day off loading 5,000 or more people a day.
July is hot!!
June can be rainy and when it rains it’s in buckets.
All of the water is really clear.
The beaches have a gradual slope so you can walk in to the water for yards and still not have it higher than your thighs.
There aren’t any waves in the ocean it’s like a beach on a lake.
Everyone goes to the beach. It’s a social meeting place for absolutely all ages
Eating out is expensive. We typically paid €50 for dinner.
There are a lot of condoned building that are falling down. Most are abandoned from the communist era; the rest from new construction that went bankrupt. Most of the occupied buildings have no maintenance to landscape or exterior. Chipped plaster and pealing paint are everywhere.
Dinnertime is after 8:00pm and club times start at 11:00 and end around 4:00am
