Made it to Reutte Austria in the Tirol region. I’m trying to get to a suspension bridge. Easier said than done but I’m off to a good start.
Fort Cladia and Burg Ehrenberg

A little of this and that. Gondola to the “Top of Innsbruck”. A castle, the worlds oldest museum and a panorama. Capping off the evening with a Tirolean dinner theater. Whew!

旅行者Looks like slate. Only more gray than I'm used to seeing. Do you think it might be concrete tiles?
旅行者It was indeed slate or whatever the native rock around is called. I didn’t see many houses that use it though. Most of the “old” buildings have a stone foundation and then are wood for the main construction. I would thin the slate is too heavy on wood with you’d need to go all stone construction.

Complete Swiss meal with rachlette (a slab of toasted cheese). Except they served French fries with the steak it was perfect.

旅行者That looks like a lot of food! 3 course meal Is that Pachetto or another cured meet on the 1st round? Looks like you should have bread or crackers for the cheese dish. Was the desert worm or cold?
旅行者The cheese was melted and gooey. Which makes it easy the eat. Like a fondue, pick up some cheese add a bite of potato the meat was dry dried. More dry than panchetta. The desert was apricot sorbet covered in apricot liquor. It wasn’t super sweet which was great. The steak was a little undercooked and it was small so the meal was very manageable. Turned out to be my only meal of the day. Dinner was a snack of cheese and crackers from Migros take-away.

1 hour to Montreux. Then 2 hours for a walk-about. Then on to the 11:47 Golden Pass to Zweismen and on to Interlakken. Sounds busier than it will be.

I’m not sure if the prices are good or comparable. The sunglasses have built in Bose speakers. When I put them on the sound was great. Not sure how to use them on top of my glasses.
