Roasted Duck

Tess, a very nice girl we met and who speaks english really well, brought us
to a really good restaurant to let us try the famous Beijing Roasted Duck.

It was so delicious! It's a must-try food if you travel to Beijing. It's quite crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. A very professional chef cut the duck in front of our eyes.
