    Elbphilharmonie Visit – Hamburg

During our visit to the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, I was truly amazed by its stunning design and atmosphere. The building beautifully combines modern glass architecture with an old brick foundation, making it one of the most impressive landmarks I have ever seen.

We rode through the tube, which is the longest curved escalator in Europe, leading us smoothly to the Plaza. From there, we enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views of Hamburg and the harbour. The dancing glass wall sparkled in the sunlight, reflecting the sky and river, giving the whole structure a sense of movement and life.

From the top, I watched as the bridge street below opened gracefully to let a ship pass, then closed again for pedestrians and cars to continue — a fascinating sight! We explored the shops around the Plaza, which were lively and inviting, filled with visitors and souvenirs.

Although we didn’t enter the concert hall, the experience was inspiring and memorable. The Elbphilharmonie truly represents the creativity, culture, and beauty of Hamburg.
