Reflection & Acknowledgement

The exchange between Crown Prince Academy and Esther Bejarano Schule was a remarkable success, combining cultural immersion, academic collaboration, and environmental education. The experience enriched participants’ global perspectives, strengthened friendships, and inspired a shared commitment to sustainable development.

The Final Debriefing Session underscored the importance of reflection and collaboration, ensuring that both achievements and challenges inform future partnership goals. Both institutions remain steadfast in their mission to nurture globally minded students equipped to drive positive change in their communities.

Special thanks go to the canteen staff, whose dedication and care ensured that every meal was thoughtfully prepared and served, providing both comfort and nourishment to Team Ghana.

We are equally grateful to all EBS staff for their cooperation, encouragement, and active involvement in various aspects of the exchange program.

Our heartfelt appreciation extends to the Team Germany student body for their eagerness to explain, willingness to offer help at every given opportunity, and genuine efforts to communicate with us in English. Their openness, patience, and enthusiasm made collaboration enjoyable and deeply enriched the intercultural experience for all participants.

Additionally, we are deeply grateful for the clothing provided for us, which we proudly wore throughout our stay. The warm outfits not only fostered a sense of unity and belonging but also helped us comfortably withstand the cold Hamburg weather, ensuring our wellbeing and participation in all planned activities.

A special mention and deep gratitude go to Madam Andrea, Madam Katrin, Sir Erik, Madam Sherifa, and Sir Daniel for their outstanding commitment and leadership as both program coordinators and tour guides. Their tireless efforts, patience, and dedication ensured the smooth running of the program and a truly fulfilling experience for the Ghanaian delegation.
