Fahrt von Ubud nach Sanur – unspektakulär, unser Fahrer schweigsam. 🚐🤐
Das Wetter: etwas Regen, aber bei den Temperaturen hier kein Problem. 🌦️🌴

Hotel Mercure Sanur: Auf den ersten Blick ein Haus mit Geschichte – rund 30 Jahre alt, was man an manchen Ecken und Kanten spürt. 🏨⌛
WLAN im Zimmer schwach, GSM-Empfang auch nicht top. Aber: die Idee ist sowieso, draußen mehr zu erleben als im Hotel. 🌏✨

Highlight gleich am Abend: sehr gutes Essen in der Nachbarschaft – inklusive rotem Reis. 🍚🔥

„Na ja – Hotel eher nix für mich. Sonne oder nicht, besser wird’s wohl nicht. WLAN tot, GSM auch. Schade! Aber egal – Hauptsache raus und was entdecken.“

Drive from Ubud to Sanur – uneventful, our driver didn’t say a word. 🚐🤐
Weather: light rain, but at these tropical temperatures no issue. 🌦️🌴

Hotel Mercure Sanur: An older hotel, around 30 years, with some visible wear and tear. 🏨⌛
Wi-Fi weak in the room, mobile coverage poor – but the plan is to spend time outside exploring anyway. 🌏✨

Evening highlight: excellent dinner nearby – with red rice. 🍚🔥
