Karri Valley

Another beautiful sunny day. I set off around nine to drop Charlie at Edgwater to catch the train into Perth to collect our Kia Carnival for our trip south. He returned with the bus, we loaded and set off around eleven, pausing to add me to the hire.
The roads were quiet and we made good time until the road was closed and a diversion in place and fire trucks wizzing about. Fortunately it didn’t take long to regain our intended route arriving at Karri Valley chalets just before four.
