Oh my goodness! We are staying at the Imperial Palace, and it is as the name suggests! Just exquisite! E arrived on New Year’s Eve, which is also Tom’s 26th birthday.
All the restaurants were full, not taking reservations, so we ordered room service and partied up in Tom’s suite. E were able to watch fireworks from his 8th floor balconies that were happening all over the town below.
Waking up on New Year’s Day, I went out to my balcony to beautiful ravens that just made it feel so magical. Allison and I walked the paths along the lake, and also quite a walk through some of the outskirts of town. Later afternoon we went to the Old Town of Annecy, it was bustling with people, impossible to find parking, so Dave dropped us off and drove around while we explored a little bit. Czytaj więcej
