From Interlaken 🇨🇭 to Aix-les-bains 🇫🇷

A very exciting first 24 hours on our camper trip. We left Interlaken in the depth of winter and drove though heavy snowstorms to the French countryside Aix-les-bains. Arriving in Aix-les-bains we chose to stay at Camping du Sierroz, a small and cheap option. Unfortunately we found out French people don’t know what toilet seats are. We’re very sad for them.
Not an issue, we decided to go to one of the many termes and get a good spa, hammam and relaxing in. A very (!) adventurous bike ride with (very dutch) camping bikes through the city center of Aix-les-bains, up the hill and almost hitting several French senior citizens we found ourselves at ValVital. After some much needed relaxation we enjoyed the adventurous bike ride DOWN the hill and some delicious Ramen. And then off to sleep we went.もっと詳しく
