Breakfast in a nearby cafe (hotel breakfast is a whopping 24€), walk to Tuileries Gardens. It's a beautiful, sunny, warm spring day.

The main reason we are here in Paris is because we (I) wanted to see this exhibition before it closed. Interesting to see early works of the New York subway.
And we are done....and hungry. Head to cafe for a much needed croque monsieur, duck confit, beer and glass of wine.

Find gallery that is hosting this exhibition. It's free, it's also a very lovely gallery. Two floors, light and spacious.
On the second floor was a exhibition by Richard Deakin. Not a familiar name we popped upstairs to have a look. I thought this object in the photo looked like a posh toilet seat. We didn't linger....
Traveler Nice hotel apart from the expensive breakfast?
Traveler It wasn't the Grand sadly Andrea! but it was OK. An old Parisian hotel that had been refurbished and was now part of the NH Collection chain. Very comfy bed which was much needed after long days.
