Knowth's more famous sister-site. This was also very, very cool. This is the one where at sunrise on the Winter Solstice, light floods the inner passage. I did get to go inside it, which was fantastic, but sadly you can't take pictures inside the tomb. But I did add some bonus pictures here from the Bru na Boinne (which encompasses both passage tombs, plus several other sites) visitor center, which was set among beautiful walks across and around the Boyne River :)Read more
