What a beautiful place this hotel is. With the emphasis (like their parks) on sustainability and working with the natural environment. The result is a hotel that alongside the normal amenities, such as pools, has rivers, caves and islands running through it. And all of the restaurants are focused on Mexican authentic cuisine, no burgers and chips (thankfully!) to be found anywhere.
