Volcano, waterfall and the black beach

Having seen a live volcano, we went today to see a daad one. After walking the Kerid crater, onwards for a coffee at the brilliant Dome Cafe, and then we walked behind the Seljalandsfoss waterfall. Our final stop was the deadly but beautiful Black Beach at Reynisfjara. Lots of driving today but the scenery is incredible here - huge hills appear out of nowhere, and parts of the road feel like driving over the moon.Read more
