Day 7 Quarteira

Ellie and Hen were going to see the wedding venue, so we decided to go for a long walk. Walked west on the beach up to BJs and had a wine stop there. Got chatting to a couple of women around our age who always go there. One had lost her husband in his mid 50s. They seemed inspired by us meeting up in later life and it working ! Onto Quarteira where we stopped at a Brazilian cafe for sardines, all you can eat meat and sald etc and a Jarra of wine, all for 25 euros. A bit stuffed we headed back and had a quick dip in the rough but refreshing sea. In the evening the Laverys had booked for a meal in Vilamoura, a nice place with a fully laden grapevine.
