Loy Krathong Festival, ist das Lichterfest, welches in ganz Thailand am Tag des Vollmonds im November gefeiert wird.
Man bastelt oder kauft sich kleine Schiffchen aus Bananenblättern und Blumen mit Räucherstäbchen und Kerzen drauf. Es gibt auch welche aus Waffeln oder Teig. Man zündet die Kerzen an und schickt einen Wunsch mit auf den Weg, der in Erfüllung gehen soll. Es ist ein wichtiges Fest und die Menschen hier nehmen das tatsächlich sehr ernst. Sie stecken Geld in die Schiffchen, Haare oder Nägel, damit die Wünsche in Erfüllung gehen. Es war schon sehr rührend das zu sehen. Natürlich haben wir auch ein Schiffchen in Wasser geschickt, aber wie viele viele viele andere ist es nicht weit gekommen😂 🤷 aber unsere Wünsche werden ja trotzdem wahr. Schließlich sind wir hier. Ich wünsche euch allen Gesundheit und Glückseligkeit, echte Glückseligkeit🥰

Robisz rękodzieło lub kupujesz łódeczki z liści bananowca i kwiatów z kadzidełkami i świecami. Są też niektóre z gofrów lub ciasta. Zapalasz świece i przesyłasz na drogę życzenie, które powinno się spełnić. To ważny festiwal i ludzie tutaj traktują go bardzo poważnie. Wkładają pieniądze do łodzi albo włosy lub paznokcie, aby życzenia się spełniły. To było bardzo wzruszające. Oczywiście wysłaliśmy też łódkę na wodę, ale jak wiele wiele wiele innych nie dopłynęła daleko😂🤷 ale nasze życzenia i tak się spełnią. Przecież jesteśmy tu. Życzę wam wszystkim zdrowia i szczęścia, prawdziwego szczęścia🥰

You do handicrafts or buy little boats made of banana leaves and flowers with incense sticks and candles on them. There are also some made from waffles or batter. You light the candles and send a wish along the way that should come true. It's an important festival and the people here actually take it very seriously.
