Singapore First Impressions

What an incredible city! There is so much here. Lots of interesting architecture. Beautiful gardens. I could go, but the upcoming posts will come cover a lot of ground.
The 1st picture is a bit of the nighttime skyline at the marina. Next is the merlion, symbol of Singapore. This city began as a fishing village, and singa mean lion in the local dialect. 3rd is the artscience museum (that's not a typo). 4th is another look at the skyline across the harbor. 5th is the facade if the famous Raffles Hotel. Last is the Helix Bridge, built using a double helix as the structural support.Read more
