    Was surprised how American it was for a Chinese chef

    Lightly blanched asparagus with fried sweetened guacaile sourdough croutons cheese like Parmesan and yogurt sauce

    Tuna on top of avocado and topped with fried wild rice and some sea beans and wild pea tendrils on top

    Maryland blue crab hush puppies with old bay, dill yogurt sauce and pickled red onions

    Seared scallops in Singaporean chili sauce that tasted like shrimp and mint and green peas

    Tagaetelli with shiitake edamame and anchovy was bland

    Hanger steak with jalapeño parsley chimichurri with a chimichurri or herb white bean paste and broccolini

    Brie custard that was bland and overly sweet. Couldn’t taste Brie

    Chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, candied chocolate pretzels, creme fraiche ice cream, caramel sauce - very good

    Pineapple bun milk bread with salted butter was very good
