    Whipped tofu tastes of tahini. Had a sweet black sauce dotted on top like a preserve. Fried tofu dusted in herb powder. Green oil drizzle. Tomato

    Eggplant in chili sauce, soy sauce and maybe XO sauce. Good

    Hamachi with grapefruit in a yuzu, cucumber, elderflower gauze. Drizzled with coriander oil. Topped with shiso and pine nuts

    Fried shrimp with kewpie mayo

    Carbonara that had firm noodles. Cheesey. Topped with egg yolk, chopped chashu, seaweed furikake. Noodles were a bit undercooked

    Grilled salmon in soy dashi broth and topped with nectarine and cilantro relish

    Yuzu sorbet with candied peel and sake

    Black sesame with shiso, sesame brittle and blackberry/berry tart sorbet. Both desserts not overly sweet

    Got all the cocktails. Like the Negroni best. Lemongrass mojito wasn’t strong. Mom said yuzu spritz not strong taste of yuzu
