    Top rated but soft croissant. Only a middle top was crunchy. Yellow dough so mom thinks there is egg.

    Other pastry was ok. The almond filling was sweet and not very almond so likely no extract or marzipan

    Bernal bakery’s croissant is also just ground almonds with no additives
