Carbonara that had firm noodles. Cheesey. Topped with egg yolk, chopped chashu, seaweed furikake. Noodles were a bit undercooked

Grilled salmon in soy dashi broth and topped with nectarine and cilantro relish

Yuzu sorbet with candied peel and sake

Black sesame with shiso, sesame brittle and blackberry/berry tart sorbet. Both desserts not overly sweet

Got all the cocktails. Like the Negroni best. Lemongrass mojito wasn’t strong. Mom said yuzu spritz not strong taste of yuzuLeggi altro
