Royal Palm Visitor Center &Anhinga Trail

If you have just one hour in the Everglades, this is a great place to stop. Ranger-led walks and talks are conducted here. The visitor center here includes a small bookstore, restrooms and vending machines. The Gumbo Limbo trail through the forest is not that interesting, but the Anhinga trail next to the pit is fantastic. We saw crocodiles, turtles, fish, birds, and the beautiful everglades nature.

Wenn Sie nur eine Stunde Zeit in den Everglades haben, ist dies ein guter Ort für einen Zwischenstopp. Hier werden von Rangern geführte Wanderungen und Vorträge angeboten. Im Besucherzentrum gibt es einen kleinen Buchladen, Toiletten und Verkaufsautomaten. Der Gumbo-Limbo-Weg durch den Wald ist nicht besonders interessant, aber der Anhinga-Weg neben der Grube ist fantastisch.
