And what better place to celebrate than Vagabond Temple!? For this special day we had the pleasure of Professor Rao, a Sanskrit philosophy expert visit Vagabond Temple to discuss what Yoga really stands for. He gave us true insight into topics such us the illusion of control, positive thinking, suffering and so much more to process, question and deepen our practice.
