Trevi Fountain and city scenes

We walked around the city proper early this morning on our way to see St Peter's Basillica. We stopped and saw Trevi Fountain as well as a few more popular squares along the way.
TravelerThis fountain is so romantic but beware... lot of thieves messing up with the tourist...
TravelerGood to know. We got to Trevi @ about 6:30 on a Saturday and there were many 20 people there. We were lucky to see it so empty. I think the pick pockets weren't up yet.
