DAY 4

My most difficult day so far.
I really struggled with my FND symptoms between 5km and 11km today. I go from walking at 5km / hour to 2 km / hour when the symptoms hit me and struggle to coordinate my walking.
The weather was light rain showers during the morning, and it improved in the afternoon.
The last 4km were the best part of the day as this was through the woodland and not on small roads.Read more
