Wind chamge and gusts! Valdes

After a quiet morning and noon the wind died down, to 12 knots only to surprise us with a lot of wind changes from 180° and sudden gusts up to 36knots + 🌧️ Joyvela handled all very well and we all motored for an 2 hours and got the sails back up after the expected wind change was established.

We are already close to Peninsula Valdes where we try to enter the Golfo Nuevo to go to Madryn. Our timing is not the best as we arrive shortly after high tide 🌊 when the water starts to run out again and can create some nasty overalls.

That's the bay where Wales🐳🐳are for the mating season. And we are still in it and hope to see some.🤞Read more
