Day 5

The breakfast vegetable today was cauliflower - I'm expecting peas tomorrow.

Been to the police station this morning-don't panic! I was looking for tourist info which was in same office as police station. Couldn't work out if people were queuing to see police or tourist info. Took a couple of leaflets and left.

Had to have the lock replaced on my room this pm
. Waiting to hear about compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced. Watch this space-hoping for free dinner.

Walked down to the marina tonight to our favourite restaurant. Scrummy meal followed by a debate ie walk back the long way round on the promenade or, take a short cut across the bay via beach. Went for the beach option.Read more
