Out and about Glenwood Springs, CO

Stopped by a roadside rest area that was more like a park, in Glenwood Canyon. Route 70 through the canyon was very scenic. It took 20 years to put the roads in. There is a lovely bike path, the railroad, and white water rafters. We stopped where the Colorado River meets the Eagle River and the water was extremely high.

Had a great sandwich at the Bluebird restaurant and went through the Doc Holiday museum, and had London Fog ice cream, which has Earl Gray tea in it so I'm going to go home and make some.Read more
